What if I told you that I never want to walk another step in my life? To some people, this is an unconceivable thought. Why wouldn't you want to walk? I was injured when I was 14 years old, now I'm 35 years into never taking another step. Some of these words that I just said may pretty much scare the shit out of you, or perhaps make you uncomfortable... but that's just how good my life is. Now don't get it twisted, there are the unexpected moments of life for me, as there are with anyone, but my mother and father taught me how to be resourceful and to use the very cliché term, "making lemonade out of lemons." I've learned to make caviar out of sardines. For those in America or across the world that may or may not ever walk again, my hope is that if they ever see or meet me, I'll simply smile, give a big hug, and say, "Hey, this is not that bad." #NeverWantToWalkAgain Cuz' I'm about that #WheelchairLife
